Voice Recording 

Enterprise mode

  • Set from the portal, all settings for voice recording are centrally managed and locked down by your Voice communications team

  • Recording cannot be turned off

  • Recording parameters cannot be changed.

  • Recording can be stored anywhere. 

  • If set to Recording, calls will not be permitted if recording is blocked

Flexenet understands that client needs vary from a major regulated bank to that for an OTC, commodity oe energy trader.

While we allow small shops to operate on a user/manager model, we crucially allow locked down modes where everything is centrally ( and often remotely) administered.

User mode

  • Set from the turret, all settings for voice recording are adjustale

  • If set to Recording, calls will not be permitted if recording is blocked
